SMART Recovery (Self Management and Recovery Training) is science-based and supports individuals who have chosen to abstain or are considering abstinence from any type of addictive behaviors (substances or activities).

SWAT’s Wellness Gazebo
SWAT's (Student Wellness Ambassador Team) Wellness Gazebo will be located on Schroeder Plaza on campus each week (go to the G Spot Website, the Campus Events Calendar, or My Redbird Life for dates) to provide information and resources on a large variety of health and wellness topics.
Recovery for Redbirds: Recovery Meal
Recovery for Redbirds is a peer-based support group created to help navigate substance use and/or other compulsive behavioral challenges.
